A new era begins in Tapu

The obligation to apply to the Land Registry Directorate in the province where the real estate is located will be lifted for title deed transactions.

Preventive law enforcement activities supported by artificial intelligence will be accelerated. The Digital Turkey Meeting, where Turkey’s digital transformation process was coordinated, was held in Beştepe under the chairmanship of Vice President Fuat Oktay. At the meeting attended by the representatives of the ministries and relevant public institutions and organizations, the studies aimed at improving the services offered by the institutions in the digital environment were examined. At the meeting, an important application regarding the land registry directorates was discussed. The digital steps that will enable the land registry directorates in 81 provinces to serve as a single Land Registry Directorate were discussed. With the implementation of the application, the TAKBIS system will be put into operation. Thus, the obligation to apply for the title deed transactions with the presence of the real estate will be eliminated. On the agenda, what can be done to perform certain transactions with remote authentication without going to the consulates was also examined. In addition, complaints and requests from tourists will be evaluated with artificial intelligence supported language models.
