The Central Bank announced the Housing Price Index data for November 2022.
Accordingly, KPI, which increased by 3.8 percent compared to the previous month in November 2022, increased by 174.3 percent compared to the same month of the previous year. This increase reached 176 percent in İzmir, 181.6 percent in Ankara and 186.3 percent in Istanbul.
THE HIGHEST INCREASE IS AGAIN IN ANTALYA
According to the data received from the Central Bank, the provinces where housing prices increased the most in November were Antalya, Burdur and Isparta with 214.5 percent.
