Citizens who want to buy and sell land with a house, attention! There has been a hike in notary fees.

There has been a 100 percent increase in the tariff in relation to the fees collected for the transactions made at the notary publics.

According to the news published in the Official Gazette, considering the notary public’s fee schedule for 2023, notary publics will receive a fee of 1 per thousand of the sales value of the real estate subject to sale for real estate contracts. This fee will not be less than 500 liras and not more than 4 thousand liras.

TIME FOR FEES

The lower limit for the notary fee, which the notary publics collect 30 percent of the fees they have taken from the transactions they have made, taking into account the law of fees, is from 8.66 lira to 17.32 lira, the fee for the issuance of wills and foundation deed is 391.91 liras to 783.82 liras, the writing fee for each prepared page. It increased from 11.88 liras to 23.76 liras, from 3.71 liras to 7.42 liras for the fixed fees per transaction for the papers belonging to the registered transactions.

2023 NEW INCREASED TARIFF

The fee to be paid by the citizens who will buy the land with the house has changed. The notary fee has been increased. According to the new tariff published, the notary public’s fee schedule has increased by 100 percent.

In this context, it has been decided that the notary fee of immovable properties such as houses and plots will be at the rate of one thousandth of the figure in the contract.

The decision was published in the Official Gazette. In 2023, it has been decided that the notary public’s fee tariff will be taken at the rate of 1 of the sales value of the real estate subject to sale.
