As in the whole Turkish World, a series of celebration programs were organized for Nevruz in Alanya.
21 March Nevruz Festival is celebrated with various ceremonies in Alanya as well as in the whole country. In this context, a Nevruz parade was held in Alanya in the morning. In addition to the Turkish World citizens living in Alanya, many foreign citizens also participated in the walk. Alanya District Governor Fatih Ürkmezer, Republican People’s Party Alanya District President Coşkun Karadağ, IYI Party Alanya District President Şefik Bahçe, MHP Alanya District President Mustafa Sünbül also participated in the walk. The march, accompanied by the Mehter, took place with great enthusiasm.
