Alanya Municipality Mayor Hasan Sipahioğlu, Murmansk Mayor Aleksey Veller and Murmansk Deputy Administrative Management Mihail Solokov and their accompanying delegation attended the signing ceremony held in Alanya Municipality council meeting hall yesterday morning. Murmansk, which has the only ice-free port in the north, which can freely open to the Atlantic Ocean and other seas of Russia, is known as one of the most important settlements in the north-west of Russia.
