Treasury and Finance Minister Nureddin Nebati announced that they have started a study on the difference between house prices and their current prices.
Stating that the subject of showing low current prices in the land registry is one of the endless issues in Turkey, Nebati said, “The fact that the housing prices have increased has widened the margin between the current prices and the real prices. We have very solid data on this issue. Both the seller and the buyer should pay attention. We have a very serious work to come through.” made the statement. Stating that the said study is very detailed, Nebati added that it is almost necessary to make reforms for him.
